In today’s landscape, sustainability has become a crucial issue for companies worldwide. Martini SPA, always sensitive to this theme, introduces new paper packaging for the Massage line, marking a significant evolution in its environmental responsibility strategy.

The new paper packaging

The new paper packaging is the result of two years of research and innovation, carried out in collaboration with the University of Parma (UNIPR). The paper used is textured and coupled with polypropylene to ensure good preservation of moist products while still being entirely disposable in paper collection.

Distinctive elements of the new paper packaging

Martini SPA’s new paper packaging features several distinctive elements that enhance usability and aesthetics:

  • Paper pack icon: a symbol that immediately identifies the new sustainable material used.
  • New logo with foundation date: To strengthen the brand’s historical and reliable image.
  • High-definition product image: for a clear and attractive representation of the content.
  • English used as product naming: for a more direct and modern approach with Italian immediately below to highlight the brand’s “Italianity.”
  • Colored tab as collection color code + name: to facilitate visual recognition and product categorization.
  • Use of icons for immediate readability: intuitive symbols that improve understanding and usability of the packaging.

Graphic restyling for traditional packs

In addition to the introduction of paper packaging, Martini SPA has carried out a graphic restyling of its traditional plastic packs. This restyling includes a more readable and lighter new logo with the addition of the foundation date to reinforce the brand’s historical message. The new design aims to give greater visibility to products in stores and increase brand awareness.

The color teal: a symbol of elegance and modernity

All new Martini SPA packaging will have teal as the base color, an intense and enveloping shade reminiscent of the elegance of sumptuous evening gowns. This color is associated with perseverance, harmony, and balance and has a strong relaxing power on the mind, alleviating inner conflicts and relieving stress. The modern and decisive teal enhances products on the shelves and makes them immediately recognizable.

Color codes for different product lines

In addition to the base teal color, each product line will be characterized by its own color code, making it easier for consumers to identify products:

  • Havana color: dedicated to products made from natural materials to evoke the world of sustainability.
  • Green color: reminds of the wonderful bamboo plants already strongly recognizable in Martini SPA products.
  • Bright red color: enhances energy and strength, characterizing this collection.
  • Warm shades: used for the massage line products made with synthetic yarns and materials.
  • Water color and duck symbol: immediately recall the bath time for the little ones.

In terms of numbers, with the introduction of the new paper packaging, we have saved 15,551 kg of plastic. This is a significant figure that is expected to grow as MartiniSPA’s environmental strategy evolves.

Additionally, this new packaging offers consumers a more conscientious and responsible choice without compromising the quality and preservation of the products.
